HOUSTON-Rapper Scarface, real name Brad Jordan is currently incarcerated for 4 cases of not paying child support and an unknown federal charge. XXLmag reports:

A rep for the jail told XXL that ’Face is being held for incidents in Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County and the state of Missouri.

In addition he is being held for a federal case, in which the exact charges are unknown as of press time.

Scarface and the head of his label, Rap-A-Lot records, J-Prince, real name James Prince, were previously under federal investigation for drugs in 2000 but the case was frozen after congresswoman Maxine Waters intervened.
