Chicago Politician Resigns After “Black Political Disaster”

Chicago – One of the most entertaining politicians in Illinois history is retiring.

State Senator Rickey Hendon is calling it quits after what he calls a “black political disaster” after Carol Moseley Braun finished with comparable Black support as new Mayor Rahm Emanuel in Tuesday’s Chicago elections.
