Los-Angeles, California– An 11-year-old California girl aspires to discourage bullying by sharing songs of encouragement on Youtube.

The young and passionate writer/singer, India Rockett, plans to continue inspire others when she grows up. Inspired by her younger brother who once was a victim of a bully– Rockett writes songs that are  “filled with insight beyond her years”, as described by TheGrio.com.

“Sometimes writing can take out your anger and it can show your happiness,” India says. “I feel like I have accomplished something officially and finally, and I’m happy to have the hands to actually write down my feelings, because I have a lot of feelings that I hold in sometimes.”
