Boston — In an interview on CNN, Matt Damon criticized President Obama and said he must have “misunderstood his own mandate.”

Damon acknowledged the president’s intelligence amongst other things, but said that he is disconnected with the general population when he didn’t even mention “the poor” in his State of the Union.
“I no longer hope for audacity with President Obama,” said Damon.
