Philadelphia Serial Butt-Grabber Caught On Tape

PHILADELPHIA-A man has been caught on tape sexually assaulting women on a Philadelphia streets by grabbing their rear-ends. NBC Philadelphia reports:

A recent attack happened Thursday morning on the 600 block of N 15th Street and this time it was caught on tape, according to Philadelphia Police.

In the video the man can be seen walking in the area. Around 10 a.m. a woman in the area appears to bend over to tie her shoe — that is when the man darts across the street, gropes her buttocks and runs off.
