Washington, DC– An 18-year-old man was shot to death Sunday morning in his home; authorities suspect a 15-year-old girl may have been involved in the shooting.

Gary Gordon, was found in his bedroom suffering from a gunshot wound, and later died in a nearby hospital. Police found numerous shell casings outside his apartment, as well as bullet-holes in an upstairs window. Gordon’s mother and sister were at church while the shooting happened.

Neighbors remember Gordon as a basketball star, saying he “lit up the court”. The suspect has been arrested and charged with Murder Two While Armed.
