Los Angeles — Today marked the passing of one of Hollywood’s most prized actresses in Elizabeth Taylor.

Taylor, who had been battling health problems for the last decade, was in the hospital earlier this year for congestive heart failure.

While many may remember the Oscar winning actress for her movies, many choose to remember her for some of the most important work she did in the arena of HIV/AIDS research.

In one of her last interviews she revealed, that nothing was more important to her than the work she did for those with HIV/AIDS.
