California — Lindsay Lohan was freed from Lynwood Correctional Facility at 9:21 p.m. Friday night after posting $75,000 bail. The actress was sentenced earlier in the day to 120 days in jail for violating her probation by taking a necklace from a jewelry store.

Judge Stephanie Sautner felt that when Lohan walked out of the store wearing the necklace, she show showed intent to keep it.

But the judge reduced the felony grand theft to a misdemeanor level, saying, “I’m going to give her an opportunity,” reports AP.
