Rick Welts, the President and CEO of the Phoenix Suns, kept his secret ever since he was a ballboy for the Seattle Supersonics. There was a point in time where his partner died of AIDS – and Rick suffered in silence – because he couldn’t reveal his secret because of his professional career.
