A program called the Priceless Gown Project has made some young Baltimore teenager girls happy this prom season.

“I think the most challenging part for me, personally, is trying to reach out to as many students as possible to make certain that they know that we’re here,” coordinator Leslie Collier said.

The young women get a choice of 3,000 free dresses for their prom along with advice from stylists to help them with makeup and skin care.
