Any woman who’s had an abusive relationship would feel something after seeing the picture of her face and hearing that he bit her. That should be a natural reaction, pity, after seeing her picture. That being sad I don’t think it should be dragged through the mud because the court handled Chris. I would be upset if he did not get any penalty and only had to pay a fine or something. He’s doing his “time” and now its time to leave it alone.

@ Arabia….that may be how u feel and that’s valid enough for you. But being that the man is suppose to be headship and the one to think logically in a relationship, whether provoked or not, if you have a self-control, then there’s ways to get out of provoking situations. I know she learned her lesson and probably won’t provoke another man as long as she lives, but did she really deserve to get beat that badly and bit? U might not have lived in an abusive relationship or maybe you have seen one and that’s where you get ur opinions from. But no one really knows what went on with them that lead to that point. That’s y investigating who you deal with is very important.

this is such a joke…i love how everyone just assumes that chris just beat the woman down without any kind of reason what so ever. and to all of those crazy ppl who think there is never any reason for a man to hit a woman, see if u like to be hit over and over, provoked and see if u don’t want to slap someone around. i am not an advocate of anyone just getting their ass beat for no good reason, any day, any time, but come on. i always thought it was crazy when i hear ppl say that a man should never hit a woman…if a woman hits a man she should expect the same in return and vice versa. again, i have no idea of what went on in this situation, but everyone should at least be given a chance to correct any mistakes made.
