I think everyone has gotten way off base from the topic at hand. The problem that I have is how is it that this town and probably hundreds of others like it, can get away with this? Please don’t tell me that everyone that has been victimized in this story has not reported what they went through to the proper authorities.

I have to comment on a few things here because I can’t just let them go. There have been a few that have posted, “If you know your rights….”. That is all well and good until you are caught in a small town, at gun point by the police who run the town. I would seriously like to see someone try and argue with an officer that has a gun pointed at their head that the officer doesn’t have probable cause. ANYTHING can be deemed probable cause in a court of law. A court, by the way, that would be held, most likely, in the county of the offending town. The judge probably being “Bubba’s” brother-n-law. The only way you would probably be able to fight this is to take it to a higher court. That is if you come out alive after having argued with the police officer over the fact if he had probable cause or not.

Remember, in small towns, they probably don’t have the mounted cams in the police cars and the police officer can say that he was in fear of his life, thus he had to shoot you dead. Come on people, think. This is not LA or Dallas Or NY, etc. These are small towns that are run by corrupt individuals WHO RUN THE TOWN. They can get away with anything at that specific time when it’s taking place.

To those that have posted about only blacks being the drug dealers. Dude, come on. What world are you living in? I worked at a homeless shelter for 2 years, trust me 99.99999% off the residents there sold drugs. Crack, meth, marijuana, whatever. They ALL sold it. And guess what? They all were not black. They were White, Latino, Black, Asian, whatever. So, my point being, in that little 2 block world, if every color sold drugs, guess what the rest of the world is like. Come on now.

For those that want to attack a person of a different race, get your head out of your ass. Base a person as an individual, not as a group of people because you think they are responsible for the majority of crime or you think they are holding you down. Bullshit. Not one group of individuals is responsible for any number of problems that we have going on in the world. Trust me, it’s a combined effort. The only reason why there seems to be more whites in control of more things is because they got off their lazy ass and said to themselves, “I’m going to do this because I want to do this and I want to do it for me.” And don’t come back and yell at me because you think I said, “Blacks are lazy.” That’s NOT what I said. Get it straight and don’t put words in my mouth. The only people or person that is lazy are the ones that have a crapped up life and won’t do anything about it. No one holds anyone back unless they allow them to do so. So you don’t like the world the way that it is? Great, neither do I. So, let’s stop bitching about it and DO something about it.
