A Chicago single mother of three is selling a letter she received from President Obama for $11,000 hoping to save her family after losing her job.

Destiny Mathis, 26, lives in Hobart, Indianapolis and graduated top of her class in 2005.

For six years, she couldn’t ask for a better life working as a surgical technologist and supporting her family.

But earlier this year, things took a turn for the worse when she lost her job.
