Weiner To Go! Scandal Forces Congressman To Resign

Sources close to the NYTimes are reporting that Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner has informed friends he will be resigning.

The close to month long storm swirling around Weiner has worsened with more lewd photos leaking of the congressman, and Democrats holding a meeting today to decide whether to strip him of his committee assignments.

Reports claim that Weiner came to this decision after speaking with his pregnant wife, Huma Abedin, after she returned from traveling with her boss, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
