Afrika OwesNEW YORK – Afrika Owes, the elite private school student arrested for ferrying guns for a New York City drug gang, pleaded guilty on four counts of conspiracy and weapons possession Thursday in a Manhattan court.

“I am here to take responsibility for the actions that have occurred,” she said. “I know it was against the law.”
