Singer Beyonce Knowles is planning to publish a soul food cookbook. The 16-time Grammy winner said that she was inspired by her mother, Tina Knowles, who regularly cooks a host of soul food dishes no matter where in the world they may be.

Beyonce’s other inspiration comes from her gal-pal actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who also published a cookbook. The singer has previously said that she is not the greatest cook, but is taking tips from her mom.
