A man who died during the World Trade Center attacks in 2001 has been identified just weeks before the tenth anniversary of the terror attacks.
DNA tests confirmed the identity of Ernest James, who worked in the World Trade Center as a risk manager at Marsh & McLennan brokerage firm.
NYDailyNews.com reports:
DNA evidence was used to make 91% of those identifications, the medical examiner said.
