lil wayneRapper Lil Wayne recently shared his thoughts about the Republican debate held on Monday night, in an interview with VIBE magazine.

The Rapper spoke about health care, and how race plays in President Obama‘s presidency.

During one instance the debate moderator posed a hypothetical question asking what a young, uninsured American in a coma should do, “Society should just let him die?” Cheers were heard and some members in the audience shouted “Yes!”

The rapper said, “I feel like as a people the most that we can do is better ourselves and learn. Then look at yourself and ask ‘Am I the person they’re talking about or am I not?’ You have to make the most of who you are because the Republicans are never going to like us.”
