Michigan authorities have issued a warrant for Danny Basim Brikho, an optometrist accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old by touching her mouth with his exposed penis after administering medicine to her eyes.
According to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, Basim Brikho, a staff optometrist at LensCrafters in Macomb Mall in Roseville, is charged with assault with intent to penetrate and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Prosecutors allege Brikho administered three drops of fluid into each of the girl’s eyes and told her to keep them closed for a few minutes. When she felt something touch her lip, she opened her eyes to find the doctor standing on a chair with his penis near her face, prosecutors said.
