The problem with HBCU’s is, they aspire to be just like there white counterparts. They want to assimilate, so badly, so that no one can tell the difference. When there will always be, an evident difference. They will never acknowledge, no matter how apparent, the truth of the matter. They are “BLACK”, and nothing will ever change this fact! No matter, how well educated, well spoken, well mannered! Case in point: The President himself, in order to appear, non-partisan, has to deny admittance to his cabinet, obviously/seemingly qualified, (based on “credentials”) of the “BLACK” persuasion. What ever happened to the Cival Service Examines, which were supposed, to identify, the most obviously qualified individuals, for any given position? Having no baring race; creed, or color! If they are still being used, why not for, the most important positions, in the Free-World? Even on these examines, they want you to identify yourself. They say it’s to avoid discriminatory practices! Don’t you believe it!!!
