But today, Tiger Woods is a true blue winner for the first time in a long time. To day he beat Zach Johnson by one shot to capture the Chevron World Challenge at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks. The New York Times reports Tiger was happy:

“I’ve been in contention twice this year, which is not very often,” Woods said. “So that’s my third time with a chance to win it. I pulled it off this time.”

People quickly forget how long Tiger has been in the game. I mean, this kid was the Mike Tyson of golf! We are reminded :

“It was his 83rd win worldwide in tournaments that award ranking points, but his first since he won the Australian Masters on Nov. 15, 2009, back when he looked as though he would rule golf for as long as he played.”

So now that he has won, what do you think? Is the old killer back or did he get lucky? If he starts winning again, will it change how you feel about him? Let us know below. See the full story in the New York Times.
