A triple shooting in Gwinnett County, Georgia, has left two men dead and one critically injured, reports the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The Gwinnett County Police Homicide Unit is currently on the scene investigating the apparent murders of one White male and one Black male in the unincorporated area of Buford, Georgia.

The two men were discovered at a residence on Ivy Crest Drive and the third man, located at a nearby home, was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition, reports the AJC.

Neighbor Whitney Patrick called 911 after one of the victims knocked on her door, according to Channel 2 Action News:

He was just banging on the door, yelling, ‘Help me! Help me! I’ve been shot! We were in the living room. We came to the door and called 911.”

According to Patrick. the man appeared to be shot multiple times:

He had a couple in his neck. He had one in his forearm. So I think he was shot about four or five times.”

Police spokesman, Cpl. Edwin Ritter, said police are working diligently to get more details in this case:

Homicide investigators are interviewing witnesses and CSI is on scene collecting evidence.”

This is a developing story. At this point, no suspects nor motives have been identified.
