LOS ANGELES-Mark McHenry an African American businessman from Orange County, California has settled a lawsuit with Landmark Steakhouse over racial slurs that were printed on his receipt.

McHenry was given receipts that listed his name as “McStinky(N-Word) and Mc(N-Word)(S-Word) at the restaurant where he was a regular customer.

The Huffington Post reports:

After McHenry’s lawyer’s discovered other cases in which racial epithets had been used by Landmark employees, the restaurant’s lawyers attempted to block efforts to check more Landmark receipts to determine whether there was a systematic use of racial epithets.

Last year, the restaurant’s owner said that an employee was fired after the incident.
