Although the former “It” couple are just about kaput, Kim Kardashian and soon-to-be-ex hubby Kris Humphries are reportedly fighting over the unreturned wedding gifts that the Missus still has in her possession, according to US Weekly.

Kim recently announced that she donated twice the monetary value of the nuptial treasures worth about $100,000 to the Dream Foundation, a wish-granting organization for adults facing a life-threatening illness. She felt that the organization could use the $200,000 check that she donated to them rather than Hermes dinnerware or Lalique crystal stemware. So Kim sent out thank you notes to her invited guests and informed them that their gifts were appreciated but she made the decision to repay their generosity in the form of a charitable donation.

NBA baller Humphries is said to be fuming that his bride of 72 days is still in total possession of the wedding gifts. A source told US Weekly, “Kris has always felt they should return gifts to the people that spent their money on it. Kris respects Kim for donating money and is happy she is doing that. He 100 percent thinks that is great, but she should give the gifts back.”
A source close to Humphries weighs in on Kim’s charitable donation move. The Humphries insider thinks that Kim should have waited until the court has officially dissolved the marriage, then they should have mutually agreed on what to do with the gifts. The source goes on to state that all Humphries kept were some bibles that were given to him by family members. The source is also accusing Kim of violating a court order because the pair is allegedly legally mandated to not divvy up possessions until all has been settled.
And so the war of the Kardashian/Humphries continues….
