Christopher Scarver (pictured left), the man who ended the life of serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer (pictured right) in 1994, is now looking to have his story told.  The convicted killer is reportedly contacting publishers, with the hopes that he can finally reveal his version of the gory facts involving Dahmer’s murder, according to TMZ.

Scarver, who once described his killings of Dahmer and convicted murderer Jesse Anderson as “the work of God,” worked with both inmates on a bathroom cleanup detail while in prison.  As the three men toiled away, the corrections officers left them unattended. Scarver eventually returned to his cell earlier than he was expected to, and he was questioned.  When asked why he had finished his detail so early, Scarver explained, “God told me to do it. You will hear about it on the 6 o’clock news. Jesse Anderson and Jeffrey Dahmer are dead.”

After Scarver had beaten both men with a broomstick, Anderson hung on for two days at the hospital but was later pronounced dead, and Dahmer died en route to the hospital from his extensive injuries.

Scarver, who had been diagnosed with schizophrenia while in prison, was sentenced to two more life sentences in addition to the one he already had for a previous murder.

In the book, the 42-year-old plans on exposing  all of the intimate details of the “sick, sadistic mind games and practical jokes” that Dahmer allegedly played on prison officials and other inmates and wants to impart the life lessons he has learned up until this point.

So far, no publisher has expressed an interest in Scarver’s self-professed tome.
