The Ying Yang TwinsDeongelo Holmes or D-Roc (pictured) was arrested on June 1 by Georgia’s Gwinnett County police for 7 offenses, including driving while under the influence. When stopped by the arresting officers, police reportedly discovered that the rapper had two of his young children, ages 2 months and 3 years old, in the vehicle with him, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Holmes was pulled over by authorities when they noticed his SUV dangerously weaving several times on the road.  When the 33-year-old was reportedly approached by Officer Jake Smith, who asked him to lower his vehicle’s window, he allegedly not only smelled alcohol but marijuana wafting out the window.

Upon searching the hip-hop performer’s vehicle, whose song “Halftime (Stand Up and Get Crunk)” is now a standard in many NFL football stadiums, police stumbled across marijuana, Xanex, and the two young children strapped in their car seats in the rear.

Holmes has already been arrested three times before on DUI charges.

The latest charges he is facing for his DUI are: Two counts of DUI child endangerment, one count each of DUI, possession of drug-related objects, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and improper/erratic lane change, according to Gwinnett County Detention Center.

The rapper, who performs with his other half Kaine Jackson and rose to fame with the hit crunk party single “Salt Shaker,” was booked into Gwinnett jail and released later that day on bonds totaling $13,500.
