When Anthony Davis (pictured) began playing hoops as a freshman at the University of Kentucky, folks urged him to get rid of his unibrow. Now as the expected top pick in this week’s NBA draft, Davies plans on cashing in on his facial faux pas, so he trademarked the likeness of his now-famed brows, reports CNBC.

Davis, whose star looks pretty bright right about now, is expected to be drafted by the New Orleans Hornets in Thursday’s NBA draft. In honor of the occasion, Davis has trademarked the likeness of his eyebrow hair and the phrases “Raise the Brow” and “Fear the Brow.”

Since puberty, Davis has rocked a unibrow and has no plans on separating the two. He trademarked his eyebrows because he wanted to make sure that no one else could make money off his unique look.
While he was a freshman, Davis admits that there were a few businesses who actually attempted to cash in on his distinctive look.
“We sent a half a dozen cease-and-desist letters,” Jason Schlafer, Kentucky’s associate athletic director for marketing, told CNBC. “But towards the end of the season, people were getting really creative.”
The young hopeful, who expects to secure a ton of endorsement deals down the line, has signed with the Wasserman Media Group for representation. So far, the only company that has nipped at his line has been Sprint: Davis will be pitching the company’s watch-live app, which allows android users to watch the ESPN broadcast live.
Hmm, wonder if Davis would jump at the chance of doing a razor commercial, probably NOT!
