Romney prepares for NAACP speechEvery four years, the presidential candidates make their obligatory pilgrimage to the NAACP convention, which has become the traditional venue for presidential aspirants to make their case to the Black American voter.

Every four years, the Republican candidates put on their best performances, and every four years, they are, literally, unbelievable.
