Although African Americans make up just 13 percent of the U.S. population, we account for 33 percent of the missing in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s database. Cases involving African Americans also tend to receive less media coverage than missing Whites, with missing men of color getting even less attention.
To be a part of the solution, NewsOne will profile a missing person weekly and provide tips about how to keep your loved ones safe and what to do if someone goes missing, while TV One‘s newest show, “Find Our Missing,” hosted by award-winning actress S. Epatha Merkerson, tells these stories in visual form.

My youngest son has been missing for about a week now. His name is Christian Muse aka “Twin”. He is 19 years old 6ft tall and about 145 lbs…. He was last seen in the Glass Manor area of Oxon Hill almost a week ago. Since then his cell phone is going straight to VM and no one has seen or heard from him, even his closest friends. We are all worried sick at this point. Some of his hang out spots are Swann Rd in Suitland, Crofutt st. off Minn Ave, and Trinidad. I’m sure some of your kids may know him or knows someone that does. So please all of you who can take the time to ask around please do so…..Please keep my family and I in prayer. Thank You!
Last Seen Wearing: Khaki pants, short sleeve white shirt with black specks on it that looks like pepper.
