Tami Roman (pictured), has been keeping a low profile since her appearance in last season’s reality TV series “Basketball Wives” (BBW) placed her in the national spotlight.  Now the always belligerent actress has reportedly settled 9-year child support battle with ex-husband former NBA star Kenny Anderson (pictured below) over their two daughters, according to TMZ.

Roman filed a lawsuit against Anderson back in 2005 after he reportedly stopped doling out $8,500 a month in child support payments for their children. The actress has made no secret of the fact that Anderson’s lack of support over the years had left her practically penniless and scrounging to make ends meet.

Roman’s money woes have often been mentioned on BBW in addition, she has also claimed that Anderson has been an absentee dad. She has been filmed crying about Anderson’s lack of involvement with their girls, but she now claims he has since changed his ways.

The pair married in 1994 and Roman filed for divorce in 1998 citing infidelity. The divorce was granted in 2001. Anderson, who has been married three times, has seven children from five different women.  Roman was his first wife.

Now the out-of-court settlement forces Anderson to pay his ex the settlement payments incrementally through his NBA retirement fund.

In return for the child support award, Roman has agreed to reportedly drop all unpaid child warrants against Anderson.
