Creepa (government name Thaddeus Chaylon Martin) reportedly provided counterfeit U.S. dollar bills to a woman to purchase a $145 cell phone at a Super Walmart in Gainsville.

After the woman made the purchase, Creepa allegedly took the phone to a different Walmart and returned it for real money. It is not exactly clear how local authorities caught on to Creepa’s alleged crime. But when law enforcement officials spoke with the woman who bought the phone, she claimed that she knew nothing of the fake bills.

TMZ reports that a police document reveals that the woman “became extremely irate with [Creepa] to the point of having to be restrained by [police] to keep her from physically attacking [Creepa].”

Creepa was charged with multiple counts of fraud and was booked into Alachua County Jail. He bonded out after posting $10,000. We assume, of course, he used real money on this occasion. TMZ tried reaching out to Creepa but were unsuccessful.
