I hate to say this,who ever shot that video,just incriminated themselves,
because law enforcement have all the evidence on tape. That is all they
need to seal a conviction.If you post anything on You Tube,it is fair game
because it becomes public,any thing illegal that is posted on the web,is
looked at by law enforcement,they have computer experts and video people
who can obtain footage off the internet,and local media directly.
