A 30-year-old Chicago man has been charged with a felony count of aggravated battery after he allegedly attacked a Chicago Transit Authority bus driver, causing the bus to crash into a parked vehicle, CBS Chicago reports.

Arnold Ward is accused of punching the driver, who has not been identified, while the bus was in motion. The driver was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for injuries to his back and shoulder as well as abrasions to his head.

It is unclear what cause the altercation.
