Michelle ObamaIn her second appearance on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,” First Lady Michelle Obama proves once again that “Let’s Move” is more than just a campaign to combat obesity and promote healthier living, it’s a way of life.

Obama, who is known for her competitive nature and fitness prowess, joins Fallon in a hilarious segment called the “The Evolution of Mom Dancing.” In the segment, the two “moms” go through a series of matronly dances — including “Just the Hands Part of Single Ladies,” “The Out of Sync Electric Slide” and “The Sprinkler” — culminating with the first lady showing off her famous “Dougie.”

Watch clip below:

As previously reported by NewsOne, the first lady  has shown us how to ‘Dougie’, how to ‘Jerk,’ and in a surprise move did the Bankhead Bounce at the USA Basketball exhibition game last July.
