IWalkAlone… Bro… Perhaps Stallworth was unfit to drive at the time of the accident. If that was the case, fault for the accident lies not with his weed usage, but with his decision to drive while unfit. Besides… Fatal accidents frequently occur even in the absence of intoxication.

Weed is less dangerous than any number of prescription drugs (including everybody’s favorite: Tylenol). Do the research.

The problem wasn’t weed. The problem was Mr. Stallworth’s reckless decision to drive. End of story.

Actually weed can stay in ur system up to 90 days depending on how much u smoke, i know from expierience, then thc is also fat soluable, so anytime a heavy person like myself, tries to work out or lose that fat, the thc gets rereleased into the system, that 30 day thing is for real occasional smokers

Actually weed only stays in your system up to 30 days. And sometimes less depending on the potency of the weed and frequency of use. But valid point, he might not have been high when it happened. I read in one of my textbooks in nursing school that there is not even ONE single vehicular accident caused DIRECTLY by the use of marijuana ever documented in the U.S..

I feel what ROME223 is saying, but you also have to understand that they are human. When people go to work, I am pretty sure they do not think about others but themselves and their paychecks,their bills, and whatever but they are not thinking about others. Athletes are the same way, they deserve every bit of the money they get because they are there to play the sport. It just goes back to good parenting and how the black communities need to stick together and make our communities better in raising better black men and women, and stop glorifying drugs and violence. Well really this is not really a race or social class matter, its a much bigger problem in a cycle that everybody needs to stop. But then again you gotta think about it, shit like this has to happen, we are our own predators. Humans need to be balanced out some way, we all can’t live for 100+ years, we been done used up all our resources and blahblahblah, but yea its unfortunate that somebody had to die.
