Kim Porter
(pictured), the on-again, off-again girlfriend of hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, is reportedly being sued by her former nanny, Dawn Drago, who alleges that the ex-model’s 6-year-old twin girls with Combs were once covered in a mysterious white powder and are constantly surrounded by clouds of weed smoke, according to TMZ.

Drago, who reportedly worked for Porter from 2011 to 2012, claims in the lawsuit that Porter chain smoked pot while her young girls were home. The nanny also alleges that her former boss dabbled in cocaine as well. For example, on one alleged occasion when Drago was driving the twins to school, she reportedly noticed that they were covered “in a powdery white substance.”

According to Drago, the girls had managed to get in to “a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules filled with another  powdery substance in a bag in the back seat.”  When Drago questioned Porter about the powder incident, she said her boss explained that the bag contained “medicine.”

Before she was released from her duties last year, Drago contends in her lawsuit that Porter abused her both verbally and physically. Drago also said the reason why she was let go from her nanny position was because Porter’s alleged constant marijuana smoke was unbearable for her; when Drago complained about the reeking odor, Porter allegedly canned her.

Drago’s attorney, Patrick Reider, filed the case and told TMZ his client is seeking unspecified damages.
