I read on another site (i believe on BET) that he wore this outfit to see if his 1st amendment right would be violated and if so he was going to sue the city. He had already sued the city for something else and was reward money back in April of this year; I believe the article said he won between $250,000-$500,000. So he may not have had a good point to wear this outfit, he may just be a money-hungry individual!

Reading is fundamental. It was a BLACK MAN wearing the KKK hood and robe. The reason why he wore them you ask? It was because he originally won $260,000 settlement against the city. The settlement got appealed and he didn’t get paid and Hunt claims that race is the reason he didn’t get paid. He wore the hood and robe to symbolize this reason.
