It was HelloBeautiful’s privilege (and pleasure) to host John Legend at the Red Rooster in Harlem, NYC for our third InterludesLIVE event. The dimly lit venue was packed, wall-to-wall, with our media friends, taste makers, celebrities and anxious fans rocking their hips in anticipation. Escorted to his piano by harmonizing chants, Legend opened his 13-track set with “Love In The Future” single “Made To Love.”

The uniquely crafted ensemble of Legend’s greatest hits bridged classics like “Ordinary People” and “Green Light” to newer jams like “Who Do We Think We Are.”  Ending the stellar performance on top of his piano (how’s that for a twist), Legend thanked the crowd who replied with a standing ovation! A roaring applause echoed through Harlem!

Tune in to TVOne this Saturday at 10pm to witness Legend’s once-in-a-lifetime performance on HelloBeautiful InterludesLIVE the TV show.

We know Saturday seems so far away, but don’t we always come through for our Beauties?! Check out this exclusive clip from the show of “Made To Love”:
