Former Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney announced the adoption of his 22nd grandson via Twitter, an adorable baby boy named Kieran James Romney.
Baby Kieran is the son of Ben and wife Andelynne Romney.

This fact may seem innocent enough, but when you add in the fact that the bouncing, baby boy is Black (and Papa Romney has proven to be arguably one of the most racist politicians in recent memory) and that his name is “Kieran,” which is Gaelic for “blacky,” “black,” or “little dark one,” the backlash that inevitably flooded social media was inevitable.
