Apple iPad

An out of control 9-year-old South Carolina boy attacked his teacher after she seized his iPad because of his bad behavior, reports The Smoking Gun.

Trying to regain control of her classroom at Oakdale Elementary School, Maxi Shiflet, 26, confiscated the iPads from several students and the “5’2, 125 pound” boy crawled under a desk, then began flipping over chairs in the classroom. After the teacher took him into the hallway to calm him down, he began to “stomp on her feet repeatedly,” leaving her left foot “bruised and swollen,” according to the Rock Hill Police Department report.

The student had to be restrained by two more teachers and the assistant principle.

He was not arrested and released into the custody of his mother.
