If you caught VH1’s recent biopic of megagroup TLC, “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story,” then you know about the scene when the trio stormed the office of Arista Records chief Clive Davis. Upset that they had only made $50,000 from CrazySexyCool, an album that had sold over 10 million copies, the women decided to take matters into their own hands.
“We had nothing to lose,” said Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas this morning on on “NewsOne Now” with Roland Martin. Hear the rest of her explanation in the clip below.
