(pictured) is facing a murder charge, after he allegedly gave his step-father an “atomic wedgie” that caused him to suffocate in his underwear, according to The Kansas City Star.

An Oklahoma City police complaint states that on the night of December 21, the 33-year-old man was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the incident involving the victim, his stepfather, 58-year-old Denver St. Clair.

Davis reportedly became enraged at St. Clair’s residence when his step-dad began badmouthing his mother. The police affidavit details how Davis “grabbed St. Clair’s underwear and pulled the elastic waistband of his underwear up over his head and around his neck.”

The aggressive underwear tugging and yanking left ligature marks around the victim’s neck.  Investigators also found evidence of blood in the kitchen, living room, and on the living room ceiling.

A city medical examiner has now determined that St. Clair died of asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.

Davis is being held without bond at a Pottawatomie County jail.
