What happens when outsiders to the HBCU community try to impact Black college culture? The answer may not be as straightforward as you think.
NAACP Connect is hosting a Google Hangout today to discuss the responsibility celebrities have to the community as well as their contributions to “philanthropic efforts outside of their work.”
Current nominees and past winners will join to discuss their activism and work.
Watch the hangout here at 4 p.m.
And tune into the NAACP Image Awards on TV One Saturday, February 22 at 8 p.m. EST.
