Judge Greg Mathis and entrepreneur Frederick Hutson joined Roland Martin on “NewsOne Now” to discuss readjustment after prison. Mathis says he dissuades the young men he mentors away from pursuing crime by explaining how much harder they have to work when engaged in illegal activity.
