“Real Housewives of Atlanta” (RHOA) star NeNe Leakes‘ (pictured) admitted in her 2009 autobiography, “Never Make the Same Mistake Twice,” to having been arrested in her early 20s for a mere shoplifting charge. The  statuesque diva, however, forgot to mention that — also in her 20s — she was reportedly charged with three felonies and one misdemeanor for theft services from a phone company, according to Star Magazine.

Ironically, the overbearing actress, who has thrown mucho shade in the direction of  her sometimes RHOA costar Marlo Hampton for her seven-times-arrested criminal past, trails Hampton by only three arrests.

The then-25-year-old Linnethia Johnson’s (Leakes’ given name) criminal past saga begins at the Athens-Clarke County (Georgia) Superior Court, where according to records, she was arrested and charged back in 1992 with the felonies and misdemeanor counts of “theft services” from the phone company.

Leakes copped a guilty plea to all four counts against her; consequently, she was placed on two years probation and mandated to cough up $2,650 in restitution.

Leakes was then cuffed again three times over the next two years!

Now, the 46-year-old, “very rich” Leakes, who earns a reported $1 million per season on her top-rated Bravo show, certainly has quite a bit of explaining to do, particularly since she has on several occasions trashed Hampton for her past criminal activities.

Boop!
