Jada Pinkett-Smith told paparazzi at LAX that people overreacting to a controversial picture of her 13-year-old daughter Willow Smith were “acting like covert pedophiles” projecting “trash” onto an innocent situation.

As previously reported by NewsOne, Willow was photographed innocently lying across a bed with 20-year-old actor Moises Arias, who was sitting behind her shirtless.

Willow was fully clothed.

The photo was shot by an unnamed friend of Arias and Willow, who then posted it online.  The friend also posted a few more shots of Willow, her teen brother Jaden and controversial Kardashian offspring duo, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

“Here’s the deal,” Pinkett-Smith told paparazzi. “There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation.”

“You guys are projecting your trash onto it,” she continued to the photographers. “You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”

Arias deleted the image from his Instagram account after outcry from some on social media that the situation was inappropriate.
