A week after the murder of 18-year-old Michael Brown,  Ferguson Police look like they are attempting to assassinate his character. The police have chosen not to release information, not to be transparent and have released a video tape alleging Brown was a strong arm robbery suspect.

Do you think the Ferguson Police Department can be trusted in the Mike Brown murder investigation? Do you think a special prosecutor should be brought in to prosecute the case?

Governor Jay Nixon has ordered the National Guard to Ferguson to help secure the suburb from its residents. On Monday, Roland Martin, host of “NewsOne Now” spoke with attorneys Malik Zulu ShabazzMidwin Charles, Glenn Ivey, Bob Waldek and Jimmy Bell about how the presence of the National Guard will impact conditions on the ground in Ferguson. The  panel also discussed all of the legal aspects associated with the Michael Brown case.

Two days after Brown was killed, Ezell Ford was shot by Los Angeles police and in Ohio, John Crawford was killed a week ago in Walmart holding a toy rifle. Protesters are asking for answers in both of these cases.

James Hayes, of the Ohio Student Association, appeared on “NewsOne Now” to discuss the John Crawford police shooting case.

All that and more in this special edition of the NewsOne Now Audio Podcast.
