As rumors about the unraveling marriage of L.A. Clippers Matt Barnes (pictured right) and his “Basketball Wives:  L.A.” reality show star wife Gloria Govan (pictured) make their tabloid rounds, folks are beginning to wonder whether reports of forgery are at the center of their break-up. According to TMZ, Govan is reportedly being sued by Nina Rawls, the widow of R&B great Lou Rawls, for failing to pay back a $150,000 loan she gave to Govan.

Govan allegedly approached Nina for money without her husband’s knowledge. And after giving Govan the loan, Nina added the stipulation that the monies had to be paid back within a two month time frame. Two months came and went, and Govan never reportedly paid back the loan.

According to Nina, Govan has admitted that she forged her estranged husband’s signature on the loan documents, with Barnes reportedly having no clue about the deal made between Nina and the Mother of his twin boys.

Now the gloves are off, and Nina wants her money back along with any and all damages!

Meanwhile, Barnes and Govan, who only tied the knot two years ago, have reportedly been separated for six weeks. In fact, Barnes even posted pictures of his “new condo,” thanking a furniture design company on his Instagram account for helping him furnish it.
