Outrage In Missouri Town After Police Shooting Of 18-Yr-Old Man

Early Thursday morning, two police officers were shot during protesting in Ferguson. Three to four shots were fired when the two officers were standing nearby each other. One shot in face and the other shot in the shoulder and exited the back. One of the officers is from St. Louis County, 41, 14 years of service – and the from Webster Groves, 32, 5 years of service. Both were conscience when transported to the hospital and are in stable condition.

According to KMOV, St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar stated the department was “lucky by God’s grace we didn’t lose two officers” after protests turned violent in Ferguson Thursday morning.

Belmar said two officers were standing near one another when three to four shots were fired towards them.
