Sapp allegedly bit the finger of Chalyce Moore, his girlfriend of five years, and stepped on her face during a fight on April 28, according to reports.

Sapp’s attorney, Craig Mehrens, told Reuters on Wednesday night that Sapp “absolutely denies” the charges.

As previously reported by NewsOne, Sapp was arrested and charged with soliciting prostitutes back in February during Super Bowl weekend.

He pled guilty to those charges and was subsequently fired from his position as an analyst with the NFL network.
